I've seen these rumors. There's nothing from Porsche and I can't find anything from autocar magazine, where the rumor apparently started.
From Motor Trend magazine, May 3, 2006:
Although Porsche managing director Wendelin Wiedeking described the Carrera GT project as a success, a Porsche spokesman in Stuttgart confirmed that a successor model was currently not being planned.

^^^haha, Im sorry, but I just had to say that SOMETHING cool is coming from Porsche AG and hint that "green" isnt everything in their minds...plus, some very cool developments with the panamera...

^^^ Ya, I know all those pictures are fake. I'm just keeping the hope alive...the hope that it gets produced in the first place...and second, it looks better than anything in those pictures. Peace
