that was gone over in length about 6 months ago. It is about as important as fnding that the brakes are made in Italy, etc, etc. The EU is in many ways like one country when it comes to manufacturing, Look at the Airbus, it is built with parts from half a dozen countries.
The only difference doing a casting in Spain will be cost to Porsche, the quality will be just the same. Moteln metal will cast the same whereever it is, even in your hometown. It is how those castings are checked, machined and assembled that matters, not where they're cast.
