chill there man...I dont see why you have so much hostility towards a compliment about the product that you just bought...Mike/Todd and others do an amazing, AMAZING job at their craft and have tons of great customers such as yourself. Im not saying that anyone who gets an AWE exhaust is anything...Im just saying that the Oakley system is a level up...and that attracts certain people...whats your problem??? I dont know about you, but to an avid tracker who has to deal with noise regs, the exhaust is worth its weight in gold in that it is able to give the added power and still be legal at some of the most strict DB tracks like laguna and lime rock. Im not calling you cheap for not wanting to pay for that kind of product...so I dont see how you took my comment to be so "condescending".

Folks, to warm the discussion up I thought you might want to know that in a couple of days I'll be receiving the OD exhaust sytem Ti. Michael and Mat have been great in doing business together, hope they will finally deliver the system as promised as to have it installed prior to welcoming the Happy New Year 09.
Will post my comments immediately after driving it...

a bit OT, but I wonder if there is any relationship between the sequential shifter used on the Ruf CTR3, and the Oakley system.
Ruf have said that the system used in their car is sourced from another supplier, and as of a year ago they said that the shifter was still being fine tuned.
The Oakley system is likewise sourced from another developer, with Porsche connections, but Porsche abandoned the project.
I've played with the shifter in the CTR3 (car was parked of course, not running), and i think you could get used to it quite quickly. And as its rather tall and close to the steering wheel, it fuels all sorts of WRC fantasies
