GT3 next to GTR
"The road suddenly clears and I have a good view so I bury the throttle and.....OMGGGG holy **** this thing is fast! I mean, REALLY fast. Porsche GT3? Forget it, doesn’t have the torque. 997 Turbo? We’ll stop later and wait for it to catch up. This car is truly, sensationally fast and I have a sudden understanding when Chris Harris calls it a baby Veyron."
Does anybody else find it weird that this car can be as quick/quicker than the Turbo with less power and more weight? Either way, i'd take both... in black... If i had to choose though, GT3 because of the lack of a true stick shift.

I am in love with the new GTR! Yea, it is much larger than I'd like, but then again, it's also fun throwing a fast sedan down the road. It's a modern technologically-advanced large muscle car versus the super lightweight models.
Very excellent. The two cars in white are gorgeous next to each other

Yes there are a ton of comparisons posted on this forum.
The GT-R has set some faster lap times with stickier tires and poor driving in the TT. There is no evidence that the GT-R is faster in a straigt line at all, the TT has run 11.6 and trapped 122, the later of which the GT-R has yet to do.
11.67 bouncing off the speed limiter of 111 mph

With that said, GT3 > GT-R
The GT-R as tested by
Nissan - 11.7 @ 119
Edmunds (at sea level in cold weather) 11.6 @ 121 (drift box)
Japanese engineers 11.8 @ 119 (or 120)
Yet it can run the same speed while 10 mph lower. Dont know what math you use, but that doesnt add up. Take a gander at the downhill slope at the end of that track.
