Yet it can run the same speed while 10 mph lower. Dont know what math you use, but that doesnt add up. Take a gander at the downhill slope at the end of that track.

Hey, i'm just going by what I see in that vid and what was posted about that run.

That said...you said the GTR hadn't hit 11.6.......yet you just showed that Edmunds did with it.

Go back and read my post again and tell me I said the GT-R hadnt hit 11.6, espcially when I just posted edmunds ran 11.6 with it.

I said the TT has run 11.6 as well so in that aspect that doesnt make the GT-R any faster now does it?

Listen guys Very interesting to read your comments!!! BUT in respect to how the gtr looks a very very high percentage of the worlds press say that in the flesh this car looks FANTASTIC!!! Me personally thinks it looks good maybe not as nice a 997gt3 but very impressive none the less!!!! as for how it goes well in standard form its amazing so imigine what a modded one would go like!!!!!!! I'm a 996tt owner i think this competition is welcome, but some people obviously are a bit scared!!!!!!!

Some things are neccesary to experience on your own for us to rely on the Media impression to get a self opinion.

LOOKS are not one of them, do you need a magazine editor to tell you when a car looks good?

Thanks for the pics! Side by side the GTR looks even more hideous, while the GT3 styling is just pure sex. The GTR may have the numbers, but GT3 has the win. just my two cents, but I'm biased.

I think the GT-R looks good too, from most angles at least (all cars have some unflattering angles), the prorotype looked better to me.

It's just so BIG, it's HUGE, if it were smaller and a tad less Godzilla looking in the front, it would be sex.

There's the test posting up a 0-60 time of 3.3 Safe to say with launch control not much can touch it in a straight line and around corners. Anybody have any dynos? I still can't believe the speed/agility of this thing despite it being an overweight pig. I want one!
