PCCB question

Since having the GT3 I've tried to avoid drinking it in the rain.
There have two occasions where I've been caught in big So. Florida downpours. I have noticed that the stopping power became significantly diminished after driving through a hugh area of standing water.
There was no change in the pedal feel but the level of stopping power was not there.

Is there something about ceramics and wet conditions that makes them not compatible?

Has anyone else had this experience?

Thank you
GT3Ranger...Juan
