Oh no i wasnt referring to the RS road car.(i missed that out) i was referring to the RS race car. Im sure i have seen an RS. buit probably wrong, was probably just an RSR, but im sure there is an RS, other than the RS roadcar. Which is an amazing machine in person, sounds very very very very good, especially been flogged.

Thats what makes it so confusing Chris. Before the GT3RS street car, the full blown LeMans racer was the GT3RS, and before that there was the GT3R. The new for 2004 GT3RSR is just the latest iteration and the new 2004 GT3RS is the street legal homologation version of the car.

However, you are right about the progression of speed and lightness in the 2004 lineup. (GT3, RS, Cup, RSR)

Ohhh...did not realize that the was an RS after the R prior to this years release of the RSR...
