GTR v-Spec laps ring faster than CGT
Wrong! Houses aren’t supposed to move and you aren’t supposed to live in a car. The source of your confusion is now apparent. Thank you for clarifying this.
Is a GT3 a major production car? How many are made/sold vs number of Nobles or TVRs made/sold? I’ve seen more Noble GTO-3s and TVR Sagarises (Tuscans, Cerberas etc.) than GT3s.
For someone who types a lot, you sure dont have much going on up stairs huh?
I'm not even going to explain it to you because I explained it in the post, TRY AGAIN.
Do you not understand what kit car is? Noble doesnt even build their own motor, they run a Ford motor. I havent even heard of a TVR in the US, and Nobles and few and FAR between. And the US is a much bigger auto market than the UK. So going by what you see on the street isnt exactly a good measure of production numbers.

Seriously? Fastest mass-produced car with 415bhp. Nothing like making your own little category.
What's to understand? Houses are for feeling comfortable in and cars are for getting from A to B fast.
Neither is assuming that it's a mass-production item because it's a Porsche.

I know for a fact that GT3's are sold large scale everywhere in the world, and I bet you in more countries than the Noble and TVR, and in larger volumes in said countries. EVERYONE knows what Porsche is and means, and the GT3 is one of the top cars. Let's see how many people know what TVR and Noble are about outside of Europe.

The US may have 2nd of the biggest car industry (Chine will soon surpass),however its NOT that most diverse, the UK has the has the most diverse range of car producer of any country in the WORLD. The UK is also home to the world's most successful motorsports industry as well as a range of smaller producers serving specialist markets such as sports and luxury cars, and London taxis. 19 of the top 20 global tier one suppliers and around 20 leading independent automotive design firms also have a base in the UK. And the funny this is the UK is much smaller in population and considerably smaller in Size when compared to the USA.

Hardly makes it mass-produced and it’s still a pathetic category. ‘Fastest mass-produced car with 415bhp.’ A Daihatsu Cuore was probably the fastest mass-produced car with 42bhp but nobody gives a sh*t. But seen as you’re intent on a silly argument, a 360 Challenge Stradale was faster in a straight line and an R8 is faster round some tracks.

Here we go searching for an ethereal argument again. I only raised the names because you raised a silly argument about the GT3 being the fastest mass-produced car with 415bhp. Firstly it isn’t mass-produced and secondly, if that is your understanding of mass-production, then the statement still isn’t true. Do you actually have any worldwide sales figures for the 997GT3? Frankly I think they’re about as common as rocking horse ****. I’ve never even seen one actually on the road with my own eyes. I’ve seen a few R8s, several 997TTs and even one 360 CS but not a single 997 GT3. There must be one on every street corner in the US, because here they’re outnumbered by TVRs and Nobles about 10-to-none. I’m not going to argue a case for the build quality of these cars but that’s not the question here.
There are many other cars company thats are in Europe and the rest of World that very few Americans know about. So whats your point, mass production is the best way to go?
Oh Please, you need to check you facts. LOL,am German and i don't consider Noble a kit car just because the use a Ford V6 Modular motor,Koenigsegg also used a Ford Modular engine but V8 in their earlier cars Koenigsegg aren't Kit cars,Pagani uses Mercedes-Benz V12 does that make the Pagani Zonda a kit car,NO. Wiessman uses BMW M5 V8 and V10 engines and its NOT consider a Kit,the Gumpert use's Audi's V8 in their cars,Azcari use's BMW M5 V8 engine, Hell even Bentley's Contential models (Flying Spur/GTC,CGT) use VW W12engine,the W12 is twoV-engine Reihenmots V6 (VR6 have been used in many cars Audi A3/TT/Q7,VW Beetle/Golf MK3,4 R32 Golf 4-5/Passat/Sharan/Phaeton/Touareg,Seat Cupra /Alhambra,Ford Galaxy/Base Porshue Cayenne). NON of them Kit cars, and the goes on and on,get your facts together.

The motor isnt the only thing, sit in a Noble and you'll see that it's essentially a kit with a top on it.
You are missing the point here, many people can make cars in smalle numbers to sell to a few people here and there, look at all the custom car makers that make one off's and sell a few cars here and there. Porsche made a run of them too called the CGT. I'm talking about cars sold worldwide year to year in large quantities that arent kit cars and piece mealed together.
Who cares about what is Diverse, for all the diversity the UK cant even keep a manufacturer that can run itself in the country. The worlds most successful motorsports industry? Where did that come from, and what does it mean? Successful how?

Nuff said.
Well I'm yet to see even one. How do you know that your view isn't slanted by your immediate locality. The 997 Carrera (4)(S) certainly outnumbers such cars but, as I've said, 997 GT3s are like rocking horse ****. I've even seen more Gallardos, F430s and Murcielagos. I've never seen a single 997 GT3 out and about. More or less anyone who can afford it goes for a 997TT and those who can't go for the Carrera.
I'd bet we hae more UK members of this forum with GT3's than there are Nobles and TVR's. The UK's pathetic attempt and making a world wide known sports car. You ever think that because you live in the country of origin that that's why you see more of them? There is a world outside of your small box you know.
I'm done, you can live in your bubble.
