i dont think those brembo's are ceramic...in those pics it looks like that goldish protective glazing that needs to worn off after a few break-in miles...

Gentlemen:

To answer a few questions:

Cost effective......... Considerably less than the PCCB's in initial purchase and servicing over time.
Cost on the rotors without hats is less than $400.00 each.
Cost of a PCCB rotor $2k +

Compare to Alcon?
Are you comparing a Alcon race or street set up?
I didnt know Alcon even made a upgrade for this car at this time.

The material "metal" used in brembo rotors has always been first rate.
Which ensure extended use and less chance of warping.

Compared to an exhaust upgrade for the same amount?
Hard to say....... But if I were using it for the track I might venture to take the brakes over an exhaust..........
Especially after then 10th lap of hard braking

Not that I am trying to talk myself out of any exhaust sales Hahaha

Again this is a very nice upgrade for someone who is tracking there GT3 and did not get the PCCB's or chooses not to have the $$$$$$$ associated with PCCB maintenance.

Just something to think about.

And lastly,,,,,,,,,,,,,, When considering upgrades to your Porsche nothing worth installing on your Porsche has ever been cheap!

What kind of maintenance is required with these rotors/hats? How long are the intervals? I understand it depends on usage, of course, but let's say on average. TIA
