Wow... she's a beauty... enjoy in good health, I'd vote for smoked reflectors although body color would be good too... can't decide on wheels, If you go custom it needs to be something that is totally unique...

Congrats!! Every moment in that car is exciting 
- wheels (stock, paint in flat black with silver lip, or aftermarket??)
Aftermarket will give it a different look.
It is suggested to get the factory torque converter to swap wheels or you will be going to the dealer whenever it needs changing.
Note: Stock wheels are magnesium (you knew that)
- Exhaust - Yet to be determined if changing at all
Straight Pipes makes the car really scream, you won't miss Pet Frog as much
- Yellow turn signals (keep yellow, or smoke/paint body color?)
Paint them body color
