Gt3

While I am not a huge fan of the 997 GT3 aero package...I DO love the 996 GT3..especially that wing. I want one for my 996 C2...wish I could find one :/

Nice looking set of cars, there...the Techart wheels suit the RS VERY nicely!!!

Hey Pete, how are you doing?

My dad's car is in the second photo shoot.

Hey I want to upload me driving at PIR but the file is too big for youtube. Do you know how to compress it?

No the CGT is not on the track because i told him that he isn't ready for it yet. So as of right now, the owner is driving the STi at the track event.

Below are the pictures we took during the car wash at my parent's house.

Just saw your second photoshoot, pimpin' house man

My friends filmed your dad, you, the Audi R8, GT3rs last time at PIR. I'll ask my friend if he still have the mini video.

What format is it in? from DV camcorder? or digital camera? When you upload video on youtube, there is a compression feature, that should compress the quality down for you. If the file is not too big, you can upload to a web somewhere I can help you upload to youtube if you want.

oh thats too bad, the CGT must be a handful at the track. You should take the CGT for a test spin..haha

next time I am in BC with my car, we should do a photoshoot with all the other p-cars.

Hey Pete,

I did took it for a spin before. Once on an empty hwy and the other time was inside an industrial area. The car is soooooo freaking fast on the hwy. I ripped it through every gear. The feeling is amazing!! However for some reason, i don't quite know why, the pull feeling i get from the CGT is not as strong as my dad's TT. But when I look at the speed I am traveling at, it is significantly faster. Brakes are stiff, i guess it must be the racing brakes. Apparently, according to the chief mechanic of Porsche in Vancouver, (also helped Jay Leno setup at the oval track) when getting the CGT off the line, it is best not to apply any gas. If you do apply gas, the clutch will wear out extremely fast! There goes 40,000 CAD.

The CGT owner is also thinking of changing its rims to a smaller size so he can run R Compound. The owner is a hard core drift fan and he tried drifting in the CGT. FREAKING CRAZY!!

Holla me up next time you are at BC. I will pm you regarding to the video thanks!

oh man, that sounds like fun, any chance I can take the CGT for a spin..haha j/k

Your dad's TT at PIR sound MAD, sounds like the ford GT that were at the track the other time. Your dad's TT is pretty mod up right? Geez $40k for the clutch... guess you got to becareful with an exotic car

Thats so cool, to see owner of exotic actually using the car to its limit. Not just for show.

yea, will holla next time I am heading up there.. maybe labor day weekend
