I don't think so; for a non-federalized car that is 4 years old? For $10,000 more there a quite a few used 2004 GT3's, and for another $10,000 above that, new ones. Maybe $70,000 tops for a track only car.

He's quoting the specs for a Mk 2 when the car is a Mk 1.

That car is worth about $60,000, based on a silver 2001 GT3 CS that sold at the RM Auction in Monterey for $66,000 with only 800km on the clock.

But nevertheless, a fine machine to have in the garage!

Thumbs down If you live in CA it is a no,no!

Federalization on that car is over $8K, and it will be almost impossible to get it thru the CARB regs to make it CA legal for another. (ie another 2K at least, and a 2 year wait). As is I wouldn't pay a cent over $55K for it, I think the seller is dreaming hard on the price.
