So, can I buy a GT for 300k flat?

This is one of my dream cars and I thought, I missed the boat buying one in the low 300 after seeing it going back up north again. Do I get a second chance on this? What do you think? How low can it go for a cash offer for a good car, Euro and BP back down and all?

Cheers

The demand from Europe drove prices back up over 400k. Since then the dolllar gained 20% which suggest no more demand from Europe. Add the economic crisis to the mix and you will have very few buyers.

When obama spreads the wealth some more, there will be more desparate sellers...

I agree, was afraid I had missed the boat when the market was flooded and one low miles example went for $280. I was waiting for $250. Now we might get another chance.

Catch 22 is that for me, I would need to sell 2 or 3 cars and will take a hit on each so relatively, still does not work

Thanks for all the replies. Will see how strong the sellers are and how long they can hold off. If I find one for the right price soon, I would just put one in storage for the winter anyways....even at only 5% money six months is still $7500.

I sold mine at the top of the market a few weeks ago.

I would not be surprised if a 10k silver or seal one with a 28 - 29mm clutch could be had for low 300's in early Jan.

Sept 18 car #220, 13,500 miles, silver/black went for $285k
private sale

with everything considered, and once the warrentys are gone you will find plenty around 250k with miles. very low miles will be a tad over 300

they are falling, and will continue to fall for the next couple of years atleast
