Carbon Fiber Door Sills
) but i can't get the darn OEM door sill off. i thought i was going to pull my arms off my shoulder lol any trick on removing the OEM door sills? i know they are just taped on
It was hard getting the OEM off. I used my hair dryer to take some of the adhesive off but it was a struggle. I suggest peeling it off slowly so it'll look clean. Be careful. CF can be addicting. Which one did you get?
i was going to use my hair dryer too lol. i think i will use my space heater to warm up the side of the car first before trying again. i got the GT3 RS CF door sill from Suncoast Porsche. they look fantastic and can't wait to get them on. this will be the only CF mod ... i promise

If you want more CF products, try DBcarbon in Germany. They have good pricing on most of their products.
Thanks! I did get the long ones. I haven't installed them yet, but I plan to use a heat gun rather than a blow dryer.
I will likely get the inner sills as well at some point, as those get just as scuffed up as the outer sills, if not more so. Looks like crap!
What about that kick panel over the fuses where the battery hook in hole is? That seems to get dirty and scuffed up pretty easily, but I haven't seen any CF advertised for that. Anyone have a solution for that?
I must admit the LWFW does intrigue me, but scares me a bit as well.
By the way, I had my center console painted white and WOW it adds so much pop to the interior. I love it and highly recommend it.

The inner sill will definitely finish up the look in that area. I have them both .
