Akrapovič Exhaust on 997 GT3 RS and M3
Here is a HD video clip of the Akrapovič
Exhaust System for the M3 and the 997 GT3 RS that I've filmed at the Essen Motorshow 2008. It looks very impressive but is pricey I'm afraid.
Akrapovič exhausts have a partnerhsip with the VLN/24h @ Nürburgring dominating Manthey-Racing Porsche.

Thanks for pointing that out. It seems like, it is actually Akrapovič to be exact. I should've bothered to look for the č earlier.

Would like to hear an sound clip of the exhaust.
The M3 exhaust looks very nice.
The GT3 exhaust visually does not impress. Nothing about it looks special compared to other manufactures.
What are their pricing? Some have said pricey to describe it.
Another name was used in this thread, Manthey, well anything or any time Manthey is involved you're talking multi-thousands of dollars.
Despite price, Manthey products are top notch.

I can tell you this much. They are generally at least 20% more expensive than other competitive motorcycle exhausts. I'm willing to wager it will be probably be closer to 30% on their auto applications due to the reduced volume. They do make some very high quality motorcycle exhausts though. It's pretty much the gold standard.

Akrapovic Reported in Porsche Exhaust Deal

A Slovenian maker of motorcycle exhausts has reportedly struck a deal with sports car maker Porsche. Daily Dnevnik has reported that the expansion into the car exhaust segment is the next step in the development of Akrapovic.
Akrapovic, which is one of Slovenia's fastest-growing companies, did not want to comment on Tuesday's report by Dnevnik, which quoted well-placed sources. "We do not want to talk about names at this time," the company told Dnevnik.
However, the company confirmed plans to enter the car exhaust market: "Our focus is on quality, which precedes quantity. This is the main direction followed...in the planned entrance into the automobile segment."
Akrapovic makes exhausts for the world's leading motorcycle makers, including Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, BMW, Ducati and Aprilia.
It has the biggest market share among the 460 producers of exhaust systems for motorcycles around the world, commanding up to 40% of the high-end racing motorcycle market.
"Racers using our exhaust systems took 30 top three finishes in various Grand Prix competitions this past season," Akrapovic said for Dnevnik.
According to the last available data, Akrapovic generated revenues of EUR 19.6m in 2005, ending the year with a profit of EUR 4.2m. The company created 80 news jobs in 2006, bringing its total workforce to 300.
