Im ordering the new 2010 997 GT3, which color should I get, carrara white or speed yellow?

 

I had a speed yellow 996 Gt3 mk1 clubsport a few years ago. Very sweet - good looking Porsche. A just washed lowered track spec speed yellow GT3 is hard to beat in the looks dept. I see my old Gt3 every few months at club events and still wonder why I sold it. Have an .2 RS on order however after reading about the 997 GT3.2 I am rethinking. I dont recall seeing a speed yellow 997 Gt3 in Australia so could be time to revisit.

 

White is the best color on Porsches IMO.

As well as most other cars.

I prefer white, but I voted yellow.
If you see them as equal, I would get whichever is less common.
There are too many white models. If you like Yellow just as much, get that. They all look great.

 

I'm not a big fan of Yellow, so White would be my choice.
Does anybody know about ordering 2010 GT3's (RS included) in the US at this time. My dealer said they haven't got confirmation from Germany that 2010 GT3's are gonna be offered in the US yet.
Does anybody have a confirmed order on a 2010 from a dealer in the US???

 

It's really hard to choose. That said, the yellow in the photo is striking. It looks more "yellow" than my recollection of previous Porsche yellow. Almost like the "fly yellow" available on Ferrari Daytona's of the early 1970's.

I think the only porsche that can pull off yellow is the GT3, but white with black rims looks sick too

I have said this many times before. It is a documented fact that all yellow cars are faster.
