I really think that all GT2's, GT3/RS's should offer this as an option from the factory. Well until they do, go get it from GMG!!!!!!

Fabryce,
The carbon roof looks great and it reduces weight high up.

Will the carbon roof reduce structural integrity and/or make the car less safe in case of an accident?

i do not believe the roof change will affect integrity if done right. for the bmw e46, ther is a roof bow that is welded across the b-pillar to replace the support from the sunroof frame. the actual roof does not add to any structural support, it is just a thin piece of sheet metal. it looks like the gt3 is done in the same maner so i would not think it affects teh integrity if done properly.

Beautiful work! If I lived in your area I would definitely be at your shop discussing having this done.

Timely too.

I have seen some sites say that a carbon fibre roof is only for cars with full cages. I want to do a sunroof delete on my GT3, but only have a half cage. Can you shed some light on why others caution against it?

interested in seeing the car from the rear with these wide wheels. Looks like extensive work was done to it. Amazing. ANOTHER killer job done right by GMG.

From what I see GMG is one of the major players on the NA Porsche scene. So many great works of art. Good job, Please show us more. Some of us do not live nearby. Thanks for posting this.

Thanks for following up on the thread.. The carbon roofs have been a big hit for us as we we have installed and sold many of them over the years.

Please feel free to email for more information or call the shop, I am happy to go over costs and work involved to properly install one of these on your car.
