Any idea why the rear brake lights flash? Is this a new safely feature when you apply the brakes? Check out the video - maybe it is just my eyes.

It's not your eyes. I saw it on FL Carrera US spec cars too.

LED lights sometimes give the appearance of flashing in certain cameras due to something with the flicker rate. I've seen it happen on dashes, but never a taillight, but all have been LED.

This could be the scenario.

Dan, your rear-view mirror photo shows the Euro split lenses. Easily one of the best improvements I have installed on my own GT3. You can see all lanes without looking over your shoulder. No blind spots!
