Wink

Bought it new! I don't care to inheret someone else's choices on color, options etc.. I'm keeping this car and someday mostlikely giving it to my son along with all my other vehicles.

That's the most responsive car with the best feedback from the road I have ever driven in my life ! (That includes Ferrari, Lamborghini, Audi R8, Aston Martin, Viper, Ford GT, 996 TT, Lotus Elise, etc.)
It's a great car, better than most, but I just don't have the same feeling driving this car as my others. It's an excellent car for the road and can be a great car on track - I just enjoy driving another car more. Just my opinion.

To collect an additional specimen, or to replace the silver?

I bought my '08 RS new with the intention of keeping it long term. I will buy the next gen RS whenever it surfaces, ( not the 997.2) and do not really care about the depreciation as a result.
