Too bad its a mile high (one hour outside of denver). All our non-Turbo cars will be wheezing.

I didn't read through the whole thread, but here are my comments.

Lots of people are laughing at the country club McTracks. I agree, most of them are severely incapable of hosting any real motorsports events. They're setup terribly, boring, flat, no run off, tiny paddock, etc etc.

This is not one of those from my understanding and reading through the brochure. This is a phenomenal Formula One track that would coincidentally allow memberships. I HOPE they build it. It would be fantastic. I HOPE they would allow lapping fees like the 'ring, but doubtful.
