Does anyone know where I can find the dimensions of the 996 GT3 seats?(harness compatable). Specifically the seat width. I know they are too small for me but I was wanting that as a comparison for considering the Recaro Profi or Profi XL.

about the same as the profi
smaller than the xl

IMHO if you do not fit in the gt3 seats, you need the XL

 

I am 6' 200 lbs and the 996 GT3 seats are great, even for long (4 hour) drives. You must be pretty big!

 

Not too big. 6'3" and 195. Just wide in the shoulders and hips. The Profi XL is also taller which might help. I just dont want the seat to be too wide and I end up not secure enough.

if the gt3 seat is not wide or tall enough I do not know what will be. the only one I know of that might be is the OMG BIG seat.

I can squeeze into gt3 seat but not comfortably and the spg xl fits nicely
