Im not too concerned about comfort....my daily commute is not that long either...I am more concerned about a car that has been tracked this extensively and its effects on the motor and drivetrain. Also since I never owned a gt3, I was wondering if these mods are common mods? For example on my 996tt I went the route of a gt700 and for guys looking for big hp that was a fairly common route. Likewise for ppl looking to do suspension mods on their gt3 ...are the mods on this particular car fairly common and orthodox?

the other one is from the forum :
https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...t3-2007-a.html

Price wise the stock one is quite a bit cheaper. Here lays the tough part, would you buy a pre modded car albeit modded excellently with great parts or would you want to go through the process yourself so you can customize the car to your exact standards. Also is the modded car too much for a daily driver? All the suspension bits on it make it seem like a race car in street clothes.

Also does anybody have any history on the modded car? I know its been well discussed on this forum so if anyone has anything to share good or bad feel free to pm me . Thanks in advance!!!!
I'd go for a stocker. They put down so much power stock that it's not going to give you a real GT3 experience if it's been modded.

Buy the modded one, trust me you will save money in the long run. Why buy a GT3 if you aren't going to take it to the track?

Go with the modded car. The miles are nothing. I have over 32K on my car and it has been driven like it was meant to be for every one of them. That's a sweet car and an even sweeter price!!

Because it's a bunch of fun to drive one on or off the track.

I would wait till winter. As the .2's come in the 997.1 will be in the 80-85K range
The 997.1 RS might be in the 90s low 100s

So the white one I found, had 8k miles, full leather, rollcage, sport chrono, bixenon, sport seats, rs clutch flywheel, bypass exhaust, Brembo big brake kit, GIAC tune, kn intake system, full clear guard. And was reasonably priced. I LOVE THIS CAR. BY far the most agile car I have ever owned, definetly not the fastest but very very well balanced.
