Will it surely have RMS leak ?
Seller won't go below $ 95K, which I think is a bit high
Is $ 90K a good price and should not pay more ?
I've seen lots of 997.1 GT3's for sale now, most of them with less than 5K miles but who knows how much track time, RMS leak corrected or not, etc..

that car is brand new
IMHO, if you want to pay less than $95K, look for one with some miles
RMS leak -- car is unmolested with factory warranty... if you have a good relationship with your local dealer should not really be an issue UNLESS they want to pull the "you have not driven it enough so no coverage for you"...
From what I have heard, the seller has a good reputation and if you are inclined to move forward on this car, I would address your RMS concerns with him.
I like it. I would opt for one with more miles and pay less.... but this is a nice example and I think given its condition and low mileage that $95K is a fair price.

^ good point
although comparably equipped that $112K would be closer to $130K right????
but excellent point none the less...
$112 for a stripper mk 2 GT3 with a 3.8 vs. OP car for 95 -- I would take the 3.8... as I feel the mk1 will drop $10K immediately upon arrival of the all of the mark 2 cars...
JMHO

It is overpriced. The price will drop once the 3.8 becomes available shortly. Despite mileage, it is nearly a 3 year car and suspect warrantee will expire next year. If you drove it 1,000 miles, its value will be like many street cars.
That all said, if you really like the car, it is worth the premium to you. Especially if you can get it as a CPO.
