Preview of MK 1.5 GT3
Hello all long time member first time pic post. Please excuse the poor pics!
This is my second 997 first was c2s with aero.
I have decided to smash the looks of the old and new gt3 and this is the result. All parts are plastic welded. ZERO BONDO or FIBERGLASS. I had finished this conversion in June before the MK II's came to the States.
Goal here is to create the best street 997 gt3 MK I and MK II combined. 3.9 or 4.0 for sure and perhaps motons will come in the near future.There is a lot more on this car than what you can tell from the outside and she still has a major surgery coming up. So please dont think Im some light loving ricer! JK I got a list of parts installed or sitting in my room that would make the most hardcore 997 GT3 fan jealous.
Full photo shoot and build list will come soon after eliminating the shameful sunroof but here is a little taste for now.

I made it at home. Just attached with 3 screws on both sides.
I also cut the OEM lip in half then painted it and then added those home made splitters.
This is my street lip and it will never get mangled because I cut it and gained over an inch clearance. I use a cup lip on the track as its really easy to detach.

Havent looked into it in detail but Sharkwerks, BBI, or GMG are in my state so probably one of them. Wanna finish up everything and put some miles on it before I take the plunge.
