what is the height difference of the front lip from the ground between the 2 cars?

when looking at both cars in the showroom the gt2 looks like it is sitting much higher at the front end, even though it is much faster and would logically require lower height and more aero downforce at those speeds so why is it sitting higher than gt3?dosent make sense.

has any one tried replacing their gt3 front bumper with a gt2s?would solve bumper scraping for street use.
