Darren,

We were out there as well and met Leno. He is certainly a real car nut and very approachable. Gave us some great info on the CGT.

What kind of car were you driving that day?
I drive an x50 TT everday - the beauty of the TT to me is the fact that it is the world's best "everyday" supercar...well at least to me it is

Tell us more about the Mountain run....sounds awesome!

I heard Jay is a great guy and such a car nut like all of us ..... so cool to hear he was on a run with you guys...

I get a lot of comments on my interior (often referred to as pumpkin or orange). It looks as though the terracotta is similar in style though a different color. (Volvo calls this Atacama, named after the color of sand in that region).

Leno's CGT

We had a small group of 5 for the day. The cars included a BMW Z8, 360 Modena, 360CS, 996 TTX50 and a 996. The Ferrari's sounded surreal going through the tunnels on Kanan. You just can't replicate that sound on any car (IMO). We cruised up PCH past Neptunes Nest and up through Muholland. Great day of driving since there were hardly any cars on the road and we didn't even encounter one CHP!!!

Here is a pic of the cars.

My thoughts also. I could not live with jumping in an orange interior.
