BEWARE of this GT3!!
Again, nothing was disclosed to me. The car was represented as a superb specimen. The warranty report read like a bad rap sheet. Will the car blow up, probably not. Will it continue to strike trouble, who knows, but I'm not going to take that risk. Bottom line is that the car had significant warranty issues and they were withheld from me.
RMS leaks are not uncommon and not a huge issue.
If the car is not driven well the RMS is more prone to leak. If this car was more of a grage queen then that could be the culprit.
Loose engine sounds like a engine mount issue. Again, not a huge concern and maybe a complaint from a fussy owner. You could point these issues out and probably get a discount on the price. But based on what you have said there is nothing here to be that worried about in my opinion.

If you're eliminating a car from your search because of 2 RMS repairs, you'll be eliminating the majority of cars out there. Very common issue. Your due diligence is warranted, however if that is all there is, its the same issue that all GT3's have.

Exactly. Many GT3s have the RMS leak. And that's the reason PCNA engineers were involved with this car. Trying to engineer a permanent fix for all cars. It was nothing specific to this car at all. Good luck to the OP.
All:
Many thanks for the feedback. Perhaps my post was emotionally tainted.
It was not so much the RMS leaks, but that the dealer represented this car as having a spotless history. There were more warranty claims that I did not mention in my post.
So the buyer beware warning is just to let people know if they are considering this car to know what its history actually is. That way, they can weigh the risk/benefit ratio and reconsider their offer price accordingly.
I've seen GT3's sell for $79K (two of them) in the past month. Perhaps those prices reflected (in part) the warranty claims. The miles were higher than this car, but not by much.
I hope this GT3 does find a home -- but for a fair price and to an informed buyer.
And I've lost all respect for this dealer for not informing me.

Best part is, I had no idea that the old beechmont porsche changed there name and moved within 5 minutes of my house. Ill have to go check them out but always preferred dealing with Northland/Kings Automall Porsche which is where my brother chose to buy his 08 C2S from as well....

I still think the grey one is the the one you should look at.
