Hey guys, my SA called today and told me my 10 GT3 got to the dearlership today, so I went to check it out. I ordered the car back in July and the last couple of months I was playing with the idea of picking up an used 08 GT2 or an used 08 Superleggera instead since their are at around $130K-$150K and wont really take a depressiation hit as with a new car. I've driven the GT2 and SL in the past so I know how they feel, but tonight, I drove my 10GT3 and WOW..... its amazing, perfect for me. The GT2 is fast but I dont feel too confortable pushing it to the limit. It think it will get me in trouble. The SL is almost on par with the GT3, a bit slower, and feels a bit boring to me, but its is the best looking one though, IMO. I love the GT3 look but the SL/Gallardo is more rare. In the end, I believe I will stick with the GT3

Very nice. Looks exactly like mine minus the yellow stitching and seat belts. The only thing is missing is the euro side markers. You need to pick that car up now, hahaha. And BTW, when I first got mine I took pics off my iphone

Hello JMD0977, I have been watching your BMW since you got it and started the modding, as I also had a new M3 DCT. I just traded mine in on a 07tt CPO and could not be happier, the M3 is a fine car but not a porsche. You have waited this long you better do it because you WILL be happy.

Im confident it will sell close to $80,000.00 more or less. It has over 100 "watchers" right now. Probably 10 serious buyers.

Last time in another auction it was bidded up to $77,500.00 but did not meet the reserve.

 

Yeah. My thing was just to get a light car, thats more track oriented. I'll miss driving a 530+HP N/A convertible M3 though

Since its already a 3.8, only if they come up with something like a 4.1 or something with 540HP+ I dont think there is space to do a 4.1 out of the GT1 block, is there?

I think I can get the 10GT3 to 500HP with bolt-ons and software. Its just 65HP. Exhaust, muffler/cat delete, software, intake/filter. I hope thats enough.

 

I'm sure Sharky will have a solution for you on this.. Hmmmmm 4.1 liters, 550 HP sounds like a nice combination.. Alex?
