i have their bypass exhaust and had a first rate experience dealing with them.

smart business on their part, really.

you can grab the money as so many business owners do and run. soon enough though, the well runs dry and you have no place to go.

or do like sharkwerks. know your stuff and treat people right, then see them return over and over and bring their friends along as well.

I gotta say I've had great experiences with Sharkwerks. They did my stage 2 on my 996TT. Then, later, when I had problems with blowing MAF's with the ECU tune they originally sold me, they really took care of me with the install if EVOMSit and Hitachi MAF. Alex and James better not try to go back to the UK or Canada (James) or I'll have to hunt them down and bring them back.

Hey, hey! Easy there big fella. Let me have a piece of that pie before you dish it back to James. I will make sure to use protection since she been around a block one too many time LOL

OK, back to sharkwerks. Alex is great to chat with on all kinds of stuff - beer, girls, cars, British jokes and I never feel pressure to buy unless there is a need. Keep up the good work and I hope to see sharkwerks as a race car sponsor in ALMS (I can be one of your pit crew collecting garbage etc.)

Alex is like my Dad, James is my brother and Dan is going to get his butt whopped next time we kart brother! Seriously, how can it get any better than SharkWerks? Anybody?

(TRUST and KNOWLEDGE) which is hard to come by is what SharkWerks is made up of. How many of you would allow a company to have you car for weeks on end without stopping in every few days to check on it? If I recall correctly my turbo was there for over a month while I was traveling at one time. Never a worry in the world about it.

Several times in the past I would say Alex, what's next? Drop her off and we will make it happen. Never once was I worried that they were going to bolt on some half test/rated product that would make me have second thoughts. Everything was proven and professionally installed by none other than the man himself J A M E S.

I will be pointing my kids to SharkWerks (holy crap one of them is only 5 months away ) anyways, SALUTE to the entire SharkWerks team and thank you for making my passion much-much easier.

Mike (testjet) thank you for the kind words sir and hope all is well.

Thank you ever so much N2it. That's very touching and way too kind. It was/is and always will be a real pleasure I can't wait till your lads start coming in here (stay off the Italians tho!).

And next time you're here we're down for that rematch with Dan and the Karts. Only go easy on him... last time we went with Todd and he got T-boned a few times

Thank you David and I just can't wait until you get into that GT3. That blue one still has your name on it

Hehe thanks Snowboarder and I was wondering how that drive went. Seriously though it's a mutual feeling. I still remember meeting you that first time with the 930 stuff which you helped me with. That was bad *** and I knew then that these Porsche guys in the US are something else We're going to have to come up and bring that 6GT3 with us soon for you to pilot

PS Guys, Snowboarder showed me my first July4th as a yank- what a great few days that was eh?!!

Aww thanks Rich! Sorry I missed you on Saturday but hopefully the car's looking good with the new shoes?

Thank you sir. The Bay Area isn't half-bad (except when it rains like this) and we've got some good roads (just ask Snowboarder).

I have always been involved modding my own cars and I never before would consider purchasing a car that has been modified just for the single fact you never know the quality of the build or workmanship.

This time is the exception, I purchased a low mile 07 Turbo from one of the nicest people I now know. From day one this car has been in the hands of Alex, James, and Dan. Being built by SharkWerks with best parts from the top brands in the Porsche market I never once thought twice about purchasing this SharkWerks built turbo.
Thank you sir... you've been around the block a few times with this modding stuff so coming from you that means a lot I can't wait to go on a few local drives with you now... But go easy eh? I'm all NA these days

Thank you peloton and again thank you so... so very much for taking part in that recent escapade up North and supporting us like that. Gotta go for another jaunt up there as I owe you the keys to Kermit!

Old Guy, you have hit the nail on the head!! I was thinking how when anyone starts a business they are so hell bent on improving their bottom line that in many cases, not all, they lose the very reason that they got into the business in the first place: "The Passion"..

Throughout these years I can truly see in Sharkwerks product innovation, research, committment and their souls that is now and forever will be about: "The Passion" !!

Great thread in recognizing them for what they are!!

Congrats Sharky and Team from not wavering from what you believe because your beliefs formulate your realities!! Kenny

The only person I have ever heard say anything negative about Sharkwerks is my accountant and he has only met them once at a 4th of July party!! Come to thing about it, he doesn't like anything Porsche that shows up on an invoice.

Their "new" 996 GT3 project inspires me to keep my car rather than looking for a 997. If the 996-3's were simply "yesterday's news", they wouldn't bother, or so it would seem. I guess I'll keep mine for awhile & see what they do!

This thread is awesome....and makes me want to do this plan for my next Porsche purchase:

Buy Porsche in CA....drive to Sharkwerks....have some mods done and chill there for a few days....drive the Sharkwerks car home to Philly.

Great thread guys. I haven't had any experience with the SharkWerks crew yet, but Im hoping that if the purchase of my 996TT goes through, I will have the privelage of getting to know them. I have indeed read nothing but good things about not just the company, but Alex and the rest of the crew. Its nice to know there are people out there that genuinelly care about the customer first, and the product second. I've always been taught that no matter what you do, customer service is the first and foremost key that keeps a business going.

Hats off to SharkWerks and I look forward to being a customer in the near future.

This thread is long overdue... and everything said is spot on!!

These guys are simply awesome to deal with and have a manner that invokes confidence.... unlike a few east coast "tuners", who shall remain unnamed, that I've dealt with over the years that only exude arrogance and ignorance, while they are busy picking your pockets!!

Kudos to Sharkwerks!! Wish you were closer...
