How to achieve proper wheel torque in 2010 GT3
How do I get the right amount of nut torque
I just took delivery of a new 2010 GT3. As you know it has a center-locking wheel hub with approx 340ft-lb torque needed. Does anyone know the best way to achieve the proper torque at HPDE events for these wheels?

I'm curious myself.
Does the car even come with a wrench for this or would you need an air tool? If I were to get a 2010 how would I take the wheels off to clean and put back on to re-torque down.

there have been numerous discussion on this topic. The car only comes with a center lock adapter and you will need to buy either a torque wrench or a multiplier.
A split beam torque wrench is reasonably priced and the multipliers get pretty spendy.
It is somewhat of a pain to torque as you need someone to sit in the car with the brakes on while you torque the center lock.
Here is a thread I started.
