My .2 scrapes a lot less than my .1 did. I think the difference is in the distance from the centerline of the front wheel to the front lip. I was at the dealership and they had a consigned .1 right next to a new .2. There is a noticable difference in the length of the noses that I had not appreciated before then.

My gal has the nose lift; in fact it was one of the “must haves” for me this even knowing that the lower lip on the Porsche is as referred to by me; an easy to replace consumable item when compared to other marquees where this was not a designed in component.

For me it is simply peace of mind and even though the replacement cost of the OEM lower lip is modest with the nose lift system I can control/avoid some of the more extreme moments in time.

If the gal was not offered by Porsche with it would the lack of it have been a deal breaker; no and yet since offered it was.

No, no scraping at all, thanks to the front axle lifting system.

Love the FAL. Use it every day up and down my own steep drive.
Definitely need one if you live in SF.

Note height..(three splitters so far)

I am delighted with the lift on my RS.2
