Change the pads; a good aftermarket carbon pad (ie, Carbotech Bobcat) will reduce dust by 60-70%. Thats what i have on my '07 GT3 and it makes a BIG difference.

Bill..... Great you replied. (My memory span seems to last about 10minutes these days, someone asked me last week about pads and I said "Bill uses.............." and those little dots represent the cloud in my noodle.

PCCB occasionally will squeal as well - a somewhat different and therefore shocking sound; I am told by the dealer that it should be considered normal for PCCB brakes to squeal and that you should pump them a few times to clear it. Seems to work, happens infrequently enough but it still annoying if you are around pedestrians or other cars - they're not used to the sound of ceramic.

The only way to get rid of squeeling while keeping high performance pads on a GT3 is selling the car.

Maybe some dust free and squeel free pads exist for people who never drive the car hard / on track?

My wife's car has them and it will stop has hard as the OEM pads full ABS, at least the first time and that is the one that counts.

Plus brakes made for 150+MPH, how much pad do we need stopping from max 100Mph? If we ever drive the car that fast..

I would not take the car to the track with those pads ever, but fine for the road.
