New 997.2 GT3 Owner

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself. Picked her up a few days ago and I've been smiling from ear to ear ever since! Coming from a GTR, the GT3 is a completely different machine. For sure more direct and engaging, and I do enjoy shifting once again I'm a track noob so looking forwards to the track days the local dealer sponsors, hopefully before the winter sets here in Chicago.

Cheers!
_Tom

Comgrads on the car. The white/black s great! In a month or so I will be replacing my back seat for golf clubs too. I love my C2S but that GT3rs will be a different animal altogether.
Good Luck!

Hey Tom,
Good pick up. I was up in the air between the two (gt3/gtr) and also went with the 3 for a variety of reasons, mostly my driving needs and the mountain roads I frequent.
Good looking car and I have to say that my other option was the R8 but no room for clubs, which as you say, is an important consideration.
So the 3 is great fit and such a nice package. I admire the styling and spirit of the car whenever i see it and did not feel that with the gtr, but thats a personal thing.

welcome. John

Thx Guys for the welcome! I'll post more pics up next week after I get everything put on. Quick question: This car is soooo fun to rev up high, is it normal to get 200 miles per tank?!?! LOL.

200 miles per tank? You are lucky. I get about 170 per tank, maybe less

It depends how you drive
