Good question. I also wonder if they are different from the RS models? Anyone have tracking life experience?

The pads are different.

Check with Craig at Rennstore if you want to know the differences or want to replace with Pagids.

PolarPorsche is infamous around these parts
The pads are definitely different, I just purchased a set of Pagid Yellows from Craig and they are specific to the 997.2 GT3

I have about 7 tracks days on my 2011 GT3 and need to change out both the front & rear pads, down to about 25%.
