GMG..Wheel Question For You
GMG..Wheel Question For You
Fabryce I have a question for you......
I have been using 9x18 and 12x18 CCW's for the last 4 years with my 997S cars because I was told this is what to use. I see that GMG has been using 19" wheels for track cars lately.
....I do a good amount of track days and drive my car to and from the track (Tampa FL to Sebring FL). I use Toyo R888 tires which have sizes for both 18" and 19" wheels for my car.
Since it seems that the car (2009 997S w/ SPORT PASM...little bit stiffer and lower than standard PASM) is designed around 19" wheels would you suggest that my track wheels be 19" and use stock tire size....OR....use 18" wheels with tires that are at the same over all stock diameter?
Currently I use CCW 9x18 and 12x18 with Toyo R888 245/40/18 and 305/35/18....or should I use 9x19 and 12x19 wheels with Toyo R888 235/35/19 and 305/30/19??????
