Mine has a Euro E36 motor, but not a stripper. Was planning on that route but gave up on it.

agree that the E30 M3 should be left well enough alone, and its not a straightline machine at all.

now having said that, this crazy E30 M3 is an inspired creation, and would not only give a GT3 a straightline fit, but even a GT2 probably wouldn't know which way it went!

the fact its still normally aspirated is the best part!

again, not saying the car is better than a GT3... but its a hell of a job the guy has done, considering he did it himself apparently. a true sleeper!

this djmike guy have no clue when it comes to performance cars. i've owned a dinan M5 to the latest M6 + a few other BMWs they are not in the same class as the P car. they are great cars but different class. this guys is lost in his own world i dont think you should step down to his clueless world.no disrespect to the rest of BMW owners. this car is probably the fastest car he has ever owned he make his car look bad....real bad. it was a great before he owned it now its a piece of sheeiittt

 

Yeah really, I mean how many times is he going to say "This is a DINAN turbo E30" I mean congrats and it looks great, but from what I got from a lot of the guys on there is that he basically bought it all done up.

That is one bad@$$ modified M3 and it sounds awesome. The GT3 driver in the video looks to be too soft and not driving aggressive enough IMHO. I am both a Pcar and a Bimmer man as you can see from my sig, so don't shoot me!
Now here would be the test - Sharkys 3.9 and this Dinan, of course also through some twisty's!

 

trick with E30 is not how to get crazy power on crank but how to deliver it properly to the ground. you will need rolled up fenders and pretty wide tires in rear to be able to compete with p-car from standing start.
at local AX runs I do not see those extra modified M3 cars to do much good, when they hit max boost they usually spin.

Actually this car is done right......you have to see it in person Alan doesnt mess around with his cars. Do a search and you will see how particular he is. Even though not OEM this car also has a good possibility to go up in value. The guy that owns it right now just did some minor things to the car.
