The price is actually not that bad considering the mileage. Some of his other cars (996 GT2, 993 Turbo S etc) have had some ridiculous "celebrity" prices on them above and beyond what one should have gone for.

So if Carrera GT's are worth more than they were new, seems like they would have paid YOU to lease one...hmmm.

Thinking I could lease a 918 for minus $900/month

Good luck on the house purchase. The CGT is one car I have on my list but would much rather have the real estate....well at least most days of the week!!
