Cool Upgrades that make a difference

I have a 2004 Porsche GT3. I do alot of DE's and I am looking to makes some upgrades to my car. The only upgrades I have made are: new springs, seats, and a roll cage. What upgrades can I make with about $10-15k? I really need some suggestions. HELP Please.

Call Sharkwerks. They will help you choose the best mods for your car.

Exhaust may be the single greatest performance increase for the money. Plus, the hot exhaust systems sound awesome too! You will love it, especially on a GT3. It's a can't miss.

Beside the upgrades and mods, invest in some good personal coaching. It will make a big difference in your lap times.

Coach and data/video system. You have all you need.

Harnesses to keep you in place, track oriented alignment to keep more rubber on the road in corners, replace rear toe links with Tarret or other to stabilze rear toe on hard cornering, have Guard rebuild LSD 40/60 or 50/80, you won't belive how much easier it will be to brake later and harder without the rear end wagging all over with a decent LSD. You have some budget left for coaching.

I just put Motion Control shocks on and the difference is staggering! Understeer is gone! But I agree, data collection and coaching will be the best investment of all.

I'd say best bang for your buck at the track is

driver improvement
brakes
tires

anything else will all be helpful but in my humble opinion these have the most effect on track time improvement and enjoyment

1) Safety equipment is first
2) Learning to drive is near the top (coaching as stated numerous times above).

3) As far as buy-parts:
Upgrade LSD
Big Wing
Revalve Suspension (or upgrade) [not sure what "new springs" means]
LWFW
Brake PADS (01 or 06)
Brake Ducts
997 GT3 Shifter Console Unit
Cup Splitter
Cup car shifter cables
Alignment

That'll use up your $15K and (probably) a bit more...
