As someone who is going through the initial "turbo vs. GT3" decision (I know you guys have heard it a million times!) I'm interested what you are looking for in the GT3-RS that is not provided with the GT3. Is this a track-related decision?

Not track-related decision at all -- probably the exclusivity of the RS.
