Excellent work Champion.

What weight are the new 4.2 pistons? If the weight is in the same ball-park as the 3.8's then the Ti rods @ the same 8500rpm would have given the same acceptable service life.

Is there any documented rod failures for these engines??

What is the torque and BHP curve doing at 9000rpm, has it peaked?

Cheers
Jay
