Thinking about going with these soon. Primarily interested in dry performance. The only review i found scored as follows:

Dry Grip: 100%
Wet Grip: 70%
Road Feedback: 90%
Progressiveness: 80%
Wear: 90%
Comfort: 30%
Buy Again: 100%

Anyone had any first hand experience with these tires?

I have been using these for years and they are excellent, although the R1 compound does tend wear out fast. (R1 for front, H1 for rear)

I have also tested out MPSC, R888, DZ02, A048 and PIRELLI Corsas and the DZ03 is 1 second per minute faster around the track than the best of these 5 (which was the DZ02).

I have heard the A050 is the only semi-slick tire (tyre) out there that is now superior, although I have never tried either the A050 or the Pirelli Trofeo.

For a 996 GT3 the DZ03s are great and they come in the right sizes too (Front:235 18 and Rear:295 18)

Thanks for the valuable information drnano.

I have been hearing good things about the Trofeo R's, but believe the wear and longevity is terrible!
