I want a gt3 or a gt3 RS. I'm buying 997.1 soon. I really want the RS but I feel like its not practical enough for weekend/street driving. The car will be tracked but not too much. Kind of a weird dilemma. Can you guys help out?
Ah... I don't I say the RS is just fine and practical
I've driven one daily and/or across the US, on the track etc.. for most of the last 4 years... The nice thing about the RS is that is has the LWF already installed. You need to have that. The motor and its light weight components were always meant to be revved that way vs the dual mass flywheel.... Most folks with the non RS go ahead and install the LWF anyways so you can do that too.

Thank you so much. I have actually been meaning to ask you, the 3.9 liter upgrade, is it reliable? I don't want to sound too harsh and I truly am a big fan of Zkermit but hows the longevity of that build?
