ESMOTOR 4.25 liter GT3 Project started
What do you mean by cheap? Cheap as in economic or cheap as in not good?
There was no pic of the crank so I thought maybe you offset ground it to give you the stroke you were looking for. That has been done for ever and works fine. Does require reheat-treating, or maybe hard-chroming the journals. I don't like weld and regrind that some do; have seen cranks and cams fall apart after a while that way.
You would only save money on the crankshaft, the rest of the parts cost the same. Lets not forget the amount of money you will save will depend on who is doing the offset grinding and heat treating, and how much they are charging.

I had no intention of buying a Porsche, especially a turbo because of my addiction to naturally aspirated engines. But since you guys started this project I was very excited as if it was my car. And today it is. I have been driving it for the past week and it is heavenly. The instant torque of this build is amazing. You guys are really the best at this.
I cannot thank you enough for you work.
Best,
Osman

Congrats if that's the case.
Can you post a dyno graph to evaluate the power & torque curves?
Any additional pics of the GT3 along with videos of engine revs and drive bys or track video.
Thanks

Right now the car is under minor styling work. Red color has been changed to Dark Grey as I have wanted an understated look compared to red. As for the videos, the weather right now in Istanbul doesnt allow for extensive testing. As soon as i have updates i ll post them.
Coming from a garage that produces the fastest tiptronic 911 turbos, it may not be as fast as them but as for driving pleasure i can say its motoring nirvana. I ll post the necessary materials to back it up

Cheers,
Osman
I think the weather will get nicer end of march. We have not dyno the car yet. But our current horsepower expection is around 550 hp (crank). The rear bumper is from 9FF. The rear fenders are not GT3 but from a Turbo for a possible turbo installation.
I have changed the BBS rims to Porsche Center Lock rims. As I want to have a understated look. I ll be in NYC next week, hopefully all the work will be done by then.
Cheers,
