Anyone have any issues with cracking of the Girodisc floating 350mm rotors? I'm wondering if this was a manufacturing defect in the steel as the other side did not crack even though it is worn to the point of the slots beginning to disappear.

This is not uncommon ... The higher quality a rotor the less likely this will happen over time.
That's why the endurance rotors cost what they do as the metallurgy that makes them up is far superior to a lot of the "aftermarket" street stuff.
As NorthVan mentioned they do look well used but I doubt you would have any warranty recourse on them. Look at the cracks in the middle friction ring.. Thats a lot of heat build up over time.

I'm not sweating any warranty issues. After I looked through the logs and added it up, I have 68 sessions of 20-25 minutes each on these rotors. That totals up to about 23 hrs of track use which I think is pretty good. I was just a little surprised since the other side wore down all the way to minimums to the point of the slots almost gone, and there were no major cracks. You can see that in the pic below. I think my issue might have also been shock cooling because I would alway do a full cool down lap without hardly touching the brakes as opposed to lightly using the brakes and letting the rotor material cool at a slower rate. This past weekend was in the 50s so that may have really chilled the rotors too fast at the end of the session.
