will GT3 seats fit in 997 GT3

I am on the waiting list for a 997 GT3. I was wondering if the current GT3 seats will fit into the 997 without modification?

without modification i don't know but if it does only difference will the the mounting bracket which is not a big deal. i don't think they're different but not 100% sure. the Ruf 997 car has the GT3 seats in it.

If the 997 GT3 has airbags in the seat bolsters ( like all 987/997 ) , you will probably have to swap them out yourself
and make sure you are on good terms with your front passenger and their heirs !

If the seat bolster airbags are not swappped out, will there be an error message?
Thanks for the info

Well, if the 997 GT3 has seats like the CGT... You won't need to swap anything.
