Shamefully Raise Your Hand If...
...you drive a GT2 and this is you!
Props to anyone if they have the guts to admit that this is them. But if it is someone here, PLEASE, do yourself (and all those around you) a favor and get IN-CAR instruction before you head onto the track next time. There is so much they did wrong here it's scary. This was posted on Jalopnik and I thought you guys would get a laugh and chuckle here also. LOVE the GT2 tho and it's good to see the person using it, let's just hope they are able to learn from their mistakes and learn to drive better.

At least it's being driven, right?
We've all made mistakes on track. This is the place to try stuff - not the streets.
I'm trying... VERY hard ... to give this guy the benefit of the doubt.
He could also had a flat or something, you can see in the video, that the car gets looser and looser, but either way that is not an excuse for the poor basics.

I think I see this guy every day on the freeway here in the Bay area...and ... more... I see hundreds of them. I see them everywhere, in wrong lanes, at wrong speeds, cell phone ready .. some dropping of their kids at school. LOL
As scarry as it was, I was also impressed that he got it under control at those speeds with one hand on the A-pillar. Stupid yes, yet impressive. Don't worry I would never try that, I always have 2 hands on the wheel unless I'm shifting.
Looks like the SC and TC saved his *** and his car with those high speed fishtails.

if he was a complete idiot then he would have lost it in some of those turns.
I am in agreement with zzzspeed, as crazy as it looked, it did look like the driver had impressive control over the car. He basically went lock to lock and kept the beast going forward. In my opinion his arm on the A pillar was to stop his torso from getting thrown about and thus allowing him to keep the control that he did with his right hand on the steering wheel.
I think there was a video of Jan Magnussen driving a ZR1 around VIR where he basically drove the whole lap with his left hand and steadied himself with his right hand.
