question about brakes on a 2007 GT3RS

I was under the impression that yellow/carbon brakes were standard on all GT3RS's...can you please confirm this? There is one I am looking at that has (seems to be at least), the regular steel rotors and red calipers.

Thanks!

No PCCB were not standard. They were still an option on the GT3RS.

Most GT3RS owners order PCCB as they wanted them loaded with options. As time as past many have been converted to cast iron rotors due to the cost of replacing the rotors. My non RS has yellow calipers and cast iron 2 piece rotors.

As others have pointed out, the PCCBs were an option, even on the RS. Many were built that way, but a majority of the cars that go to the track switch to the standard set-up because they are cheaper to replace. We have swapped brakes for a few owners including RSs.
