Pressing out LCA bushing??

I'd like to replace the OEM rubber encased thrust arm bushing on my front GT3 LCAs with an adjustable solid aftermarket unit so I could adjust caster to fit larger wheels. My question is whether anyone has managed to press out the rubber bushing while keeping the LCA on the car or do you actually have to remove the LCAs to do this. It sure would make it much easier if the LCAs could be left on the car for this.

Thx....

Remove it or you could bent components. Taking the arms off isnt a big job
