Advice on Seats & Wheels

Hello,

I recently removed my sport adaptive seats and replaced them with some Sparco EVO 2's. I'm also doing the 5-lug conversion so I wont need my CL wheels.

I'm curious to what would be a reasonable price to ask for the seats & wheels. I have done some research across some different forums but I have come up empty handed.

Any help is greatly appreciated

I'd keep them for replacement when you sell the car -- folks get pretty *****ing when original seats/wheels aren't included. Just one more thing to bargain price down with, even if they prefer the new stuff.

I'm not planning on selling my GT3. I'm going to keep it forever

By the time I'm done with the mods nothing will be original.

I still think it's worth keeping all stock parts. You never know what life throws at you. Maybe you'll see something that you absolutely must have and will need to sell the GT3 to make room for it or for the cash.

+1 for keeping stock stuff. I sold mine and ended up paying more for a set then I sold mine for when it came time to sell my car. You'll get an RS itch at some point.

Ive seen those seats sell for 2-3.5k depending on condition. Agree to keep them if you have the space.

BTW, I tell my wife every car I buy is the one "I'm going to keep forever"

She just rolls her eyes now.

Keep the seats, you never know when you are going to sell the car or get bored of it and do the next step (GT2, or just other variant...)

They are holding up great. So far I have only been to 1 Track event with the new setup ( Girodics & Pagid Yellows) but I have to say I noticed they have more bite to them as my previous setup (OEM rotors and Pagid Orange).

I will post some pictures once everything is installed.

If you do decide to sell the wheels, let me know how much ?

I've been toying w/ the idea of getting a second set of wheels for the track.

Thx.

Thanks for the message ghst868

Unfortunately, I can't respond until I post a certain number of times on the board first

I think I'm going to go w/ 18" OZs.

Nonetheless, you should have no problem selling those OE wheels.

I have OZ ultrallegra. Ordering 18inch OZ Challenge soon. For the money, you cant beat the quality/durability. You bend one or crack one, just order one from Tirerack. Easy and cheaper than trying to fix forged wheels
