Need Pointers for buying a GT3

Hello. Im looking at buying a 2010 GT3 with 30k mi on it. Ive had a handful of Porsche's but have never purchased a "track car". What should I look for aside from the normal accidents, service record stuff. I keep reading about specs? Your 2 cents?
Thanks

( if it matters, I don't plan to track it)

...Also. I have other cars, but if Im planning on driving this, How many miles can I expect out of it before rebuilding? Will it go as long as a normal 997 etc?

Is the car in OC or SoCal? there are several very good shops you can bring the car to for a full inspection and give you the information you need to make a decision.

Must get a DME over-rev report. Make sure no over-rev pass stage 3.

If you provide me with the VIN number, I can get you the sticker/option list on your car.

Pretty basic with PCM. Interesting how all optioned pricing has been zero'd out, I haven't seen one like that before.
